AMD Software not opening

AMD software is not opening. I do see it show up in the tray but as soon as I mouse over the icon it disappears. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but run into the same problem.

Although it is marked as "Solved" further down the comments it's stated that it is a known issue for the time being.
