I feel like I had this problem on this laptop (is a lenovo legion s7 16arha7) since it was bought...
I have tried using the amdcleanuputility and doing a clean install of the software. I saw that EpicGames would cause a crash, but I never used it and I don't have a trace of that program on this laptop.... I even tried installing and removing EpicGamesLauncher too lol. What I haven't tried, cause its a last resort kinda, is a full factory reset of the computer. I have looked for hours online for possible reasons.
Is there any other possible reasons for these crashes, please? I need to be able to change some settings but its very impossible when you have a 5 second time limit before it deletes itself.
also the processor I have is a AMD Ryzen 7 6800H with Radeon Graphics.
