I have recently (two days ago) updated to this version through the "automatic updates" process from within the "Adrenalin" software. After doing so it has removed the ability to show "Fahrenheit" temperatures.

It has also removed the ability to view the "junction" temperature as well.

I am looking for information on how to bring these settings options back into the software to use them please.

Seems the newer driver does not auto enable all options.

Go to the 'performance metrics' options and expand each one to check which options are enabled.
