My AMD software wont open! I can see that its installed, when I click on it, nothing happens! Im on Windows 10 64-bit. Ive reinstalled 3 times and no joy! Is anybody having the same issue?

I have tried to use AMD Cleanup Utility + Reinstalling latest drivers from website, and DDU in safe mode + reinstalling latest drivers and both haven't worked or changed anything.

I had the same issue where I tried deleting some folders, task manager, etc. and what finally worked was to downgrade to the version before I was unable to access Adrenalin.  (24.5.1)

I went on 3d guru and selected the previous version of the driver. 

Worked right away and I didn't even need to restart my computer.
