AMD software: adrenalin edition in 3440x1440 screens

There are certain complications with the AMD adrenalin edition software, which would be that my screen is natively at 3440x1440 since it is an ultra-wide screen, the problem here is that even though it shows me the performance of the computer with its respective data, they disabled the option to record video and to broadcast live. This affects me quite significantly because I generally used that option before purchasing the monitor. I checked that the screen driver and the amd driver were installed correctly but unfortunately I couldn't solve it. I suggest in the most respectful and friendly way an update in the AMD software so that the same options appear regardless of the pixels that the monitors handle and require

I'm not exactly sure what you're looking for.  But, I'm recording video at my monitor's native 3440 x 1440 resolution with Adrenalin.  If I'm understanding what you're looking for correctly, under Record & Stream > Advanced Settings > Recording Resolution, I have a 1440p option.  But, more importantly, I've got the "In-Game" option selected. With that selection, Adrenalin will record in whatever resolution the game is running at. I assume it's not limited to just games and will work with whatever video source you're using.

Well, the main problem here is that as the image is shown, the option to record the screen or the live transmission option does not appear. Any suggestions or maybe I should look for some external way to be able to record? Sorry for my lack of information but I'm new to the AMD community

Is your computer a laptop? At 3440 x 1440, that would be surprising. But, I believe Adrenalin doesn't offer Record & Stream on laptops. If it's not a laptop, does it have any kind of integrated graphics on the CPU?

EDIT: and if you do want to try an alternative for recording/streaming, there's always OBS:

The only thing I can think of is to go into your BIOS and try turning off the integrated graphics in the Ryzen 5 5600G (and making sure it's set to use the Radeon RX 6600). You might also have to re-install Adrenalin, but I'm not sure of that (I just recall seeing a few posts here and there about this). If you do have to re-install Adrenalin, choose the Factory Install option and keeping your settings. You can see what that option looks like near the end of Step 4 in this guide:

https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/rsx2-install/#faq-Setup-and-Install

EDIT: I believe that in theory, there should be a Switchable Graphics option in Adrenalin to let you switch between the integrated and the discrete graphics. But, I've seen threads saying it's not available any more:

I would have thought that if that wasn't an option, turning the integrated graphics off in Device Manager (making sure the discrete graphics card (RX 6600) is showing up there as active) would work as well.  But, I've seen posts saying that didn't work.  That's why I suggested the BIOS option. Hopefully, that will show up somewhere in there.
