AMD Software Adrenaline Edition 23.3.1 does not start. After updating amd components using the AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition™ Application

1. the volume increases by 100%
2. it is impossible to turn down the volume
3. an error appears with opencl.dll , that it was not found or was damaged

But after this update, AMS Software Adrenaline Edition is launched, but only this problem is fixed. HP 14s-fq1005ur laptop.
