So I did a clean install of windows recently. Updated all of my drivers but for whatever reason AMD Settings will not open. It only shows the symbol in the start menu then disappears after a few seconds. I've used DDU to uninstall the drivers and tried installing 19.9.2 and 19.11.3, neither one will work. I have an R9 370 card in an Alienware x51 R3.
