Well, something is blocking the installation other then Ryzen master itself.
Without more details it is imposible to help you out.
My first action would be to reinstall windows and test if it will install then.
If not then you at least know that windows is doing something to prevent installation and that hole goes deep when trying to find out the cause of the problem.
I suspect however that there are leftovers from other software installation that prevent certain actions from being taken.
Most common are the sensor reading programs that are hooked into the graphics API and won't let go of their ownership even if the program itself is removed.
But then again, i need more details to come to a conclusion.
So far it's just a guess.
