Hello,
Almost fresh installed Windows 10, what are the real requirements for this program? Downloaded it from https://www.amd.com/en/technologies/ryzen-master.
I have Ryzen 3 2200G with iGPU.

I appreciate any help.

Try using Microsoft Install/Uninstall Tool to remove the current Ryzen Master installation or us it to install Ryzen Master and see if it fixes your issue or not: Microsoft Install/Uninstall Tool 

It is possible it is a corrupt Registry entry or some other issue. The tool should clear any obstacle towards install Ryzen Master. 

Or it could be a Ryzen Master Installation issue itself in which case I would open a AMD SUPPORT Ticket and see what they say from here: https://www.amd.com/en/forms/contact-us/support.html
