But AMD SUPPORT Page for Ryzen Master has a version of Ryzen Master to download for the 2000 Series processors and older. Try that first: https://www.amd.com/en/products/software/ryzen-master.html

It is possible the latest versions of Ryzen Master is not compatible with AMD processors 2000 series and older due to technological reasons.
