How do i stream to twitch with this graphics card AMD RX 7900XTX? I want to stream only the game and not the whole desktop. I only have one monitor and when i alt tab out to windows i don't want my webbrowser to be streamed to twitch. 

But AMD drivers does not seem to be able to stream just the game.exe and maybe spotify.exe?

How do i solve this?

You're better of using OBS or Streamlabs for that as AMD ADrenalin will only either stream the active window, or monitor you chose.

Use obs and do game capture.

Ok, i was hoping that AMD would attend to this and include this feature into their drivers. It's not like they have to invent the wheel again. Besides i don't like the idea (in general) to use multiple programs for the same purpose. In this case AMD drivers can already stream, why use a second program to do so? 

No i demand AMD's attention to this matter. Some extra development is needed.
