Hello i have this issue amd raid system configuration is not compatible for raid drivers or application installation i updated all my system and same issue. Latest chipset driver gives this issue im with 2004 new version of windows 10. FP5 mobile chipset ryzen 5 3500u vega 8.

I've tried solutions over and over last year and this one too, finally I've found a fix.. My case was that there was a package called Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019, that conflicts with Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 (x86 and x64) which is required to be installed by the Chipset setup, after uninstalling both x86 and x64 versions and installing both MSI in "C:\Program Files (x86)\AMD\Chipset_Software\Prerequisites" I was finally able to start the setup and install successfully without issue.
