AMD Radeon (TM) Rx Vega 10 Graphics Problem

After every Windows update, my laptop's screen resolution reverts to a low resolution (1074 x 768). In Device Manager, the graphics driver (AMD Radeon RX Vega 10) shows a yellow caution sign with the error message: "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (Code 43)."

To fix this, I have to manually download and reinstall the driver from the AMD website. However, the issue reoccurs after each update, making it frustrating and time-consuming.

Laptop Details:

  • Model: HP EliteBook 745 G6
  • Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 Pro 3700U
  • Graphics Driver: AMD Radeon RX Vega 10

Question:
How can I permanently resolve this issue so I don’t have to reinstall the driver after every Windows update?
