I recently purchased a new rig with the configuration below. However, I constantly have troubles with all my games; they all just look of bad quality, shimmering and flickering when I'm moving. I'm sending the examples below.
Alan Wake 2

Check papers on the wall, sign on the trash outside, lightning on doors and inside.

Check the players logo constantly being terrible, or the grass.

Check the lines; those lines pretty much happen in all of the games.
I've tried uninstalling my WIN 10 multiple times; I've tried uninstalling/installing AMD drivers, both from safe mode and normal mode; all my settings in adrenalin are on default; I tried playing with them, but no matter what I change, the problem still happens. I also tried several monitors. FPS is normal; games are smooth, and I have no problem with it outside of games.
My configuration:
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800x3D 8-Core Processor (16 COUs) 4.2 GHz
RAM: 32 GB DDR5
Disk: KINGSTON SFYRD2000G 2 TB
Motherboard: B650 GAMING PLUS WIFI
Monitor: LG Ultra Gear 27GS85Q - connected with DP 180 Hz, 27' 2560 x 1440 - I've tried different monitors; it's all the same.
Drivers: AMD Software Adrenalin Version 24.10.1 - newest drivers - I've tried the old ones but made no difference.
Win 10 Pro 22H2
Is there any fix for this, or is this normal stuff? Could it be that I got a broken GPU?
