Updates of my AMD HD7700 series  - display adaptors

Every time Radeon checks my software - it starts to install but then stops - giving me only a partial installation

error : Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable not up to date 

I am not going to touch these files because they are important - 

I have Windows 1903 (latest) 64bit

I have checked the Visual C++ red. the latest was of 2019.
