Hi

 I have an Acer Laptop Aspire E1-572G  OS is Windows 10 64Bit 

hybrid  AMD Radeon HD 8750M and Intel® HD Graphics 4400 (Core i5-4200U )

When I want to install a driver for  AMD Radeon HD 8750M

my Laptop that freezes  in normal mode with All Drivers

and When I change the key in the registry (regedit)  to EnableULPS, set any 1 values to 0

and reboot

system is ok my driver is   "Win10-Radeon-Software-Adrenalin-2020-Edition-20.11.1-Nov6"

Why can't the َAMD company solve this problem on its own?

Why does the computer freezes by activating this option (Ultra Low Power State-Ulps)?

Don't know if you will ever read this, but thank you so much for posting this. Setting EnableULPS and EnableULPS_NA to 0 did the trick!! How do you even know about these magic settings??!!

I tried to install the latest AMD driver to hopefully fix some transparency rendering problems but it black-screen froze my laptop which is the same as yours.

I did not expect the driver update to enable Vulcan of all things. Now I can use Godot 4.x and Blender 4.x on this ageing laptop?!! Woo!! Thanks AMD for this update( but no thanks for this unexpected ride ) and Thank you again.
