Since you didn't post the exact HP Laptop you have I presume from looking at another HP G6 Notebook that it came originally with Windows 7 or 8/8.1 OS and not Windows 10.

I went to one of the HP G6 Models and it only shows Windows 7 or 8/8.1 Drivers which indicates that HP doesn't believe that Model supports a Windows 10 Update.

Don't know if this is your HP G6 Model but it has the same Intel Processor and a HD7670M GPU card: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03557182

Here is that above HP Laptop HP Support download page: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-g6-2200-notebook-pc-series/5296082/mode...

Here is the HP AMD Driver for Windows 8.1:

You can change the OS to Windows 7 to get the HP AMD Driver which is more compatible than the Windows 8.1 HP AMD Driver for Windows 10 OS.

For the AMD Driver to work correctly you must have the latest Intel Graphics and CHIPSET drivers installed before updating the AMD Driver.

You can download it from the last Intel Graphics & CHIPSET Drivers if the above HP G6 Laptop is the one you have from the link I posted.

I would also update the Laptop to the latest BIOS version if applicable.

Since there are no Windows 10 Drivers to download from the HP Support I would try installing the Windows 7 AMD Drive from HP in your Windows 10 OS and see if it installs correctly or not and if it works correctly.

Here is AMD Drivers for the HD7670M GPU. This GPU is not supported anymore with driver updates so you have a choice of 2 to install, WHQL 2015 & BETA 2016: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-hd/amd-radeon-hd-7000m-series/amd-radeon-hd-7670m

Found this very old HP Forum thread in where I got the above Laptop model having the same issue that you are having: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebooks-Archive-Read-Only/HP-Pavilion-G6-Radeon-graphics-card-issue/...

EDIT: Your Ivy League Intel Processor is supported in Windows 10.

I did the operations you said, I installed the Windows 8.1 operating system, I downloaded and installed the video card driver from the hp's own page, but the operating system crashed again.

I don't believe I ever mentioned to downgrade your Laptop from Windows 10 to Windows 8.1.

All I said was that Windows 7 AMD Driver was more compatible than Windows 8.1 AMD Driver for Windows 10 OS.

Besides I wouldn't recommend anyone to downgrade to Windows 8.1 since AMD doesn't support that Windows anymore while AMD, up to the moment, does support Windows 7.

Anyway, if it still crashes can you please post the Errors that it is generating when your laptop crashes?

Also you could have a defective Hardware issue. So I would run HP Diagnostics to check your laptop from here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/diagnostics?category=computing

I would click on all the HP Diagnostic tests to make sure it all passes for your laptop.

EDIT: I forget and understand that English is not your native language since your native language Posts are automatically translated into English by my browser extension.  I forget that it is written in a different langauge.

So you probably misunderstood what I wrote.

Please in your next reply, translate it into English since this is a English only forum. Thanks in advance.

Computer serial number and other information:

Hp pavilion g6-2206et = serial number: 5CD2453DB1

graphics card: amd radeon hd 7600m series

I tried to update the BIOS but could not find it I guess there is no bios update. I downloaded the HP Diagnostics program and tested the graphics card, it showed that there was no problem, but I do not know whether apu tested the processor or the graphics card.

photo of the error i received: The following are what is written in the error: Your PC has encountered a problem and needs to be restarted, and now some error information is collected. Will reboot after this action

This error screen comes up, the computer turns itself off and on a few times and the automatic repair screen comes up.

Thanks that image helped quite a bit. Even though I couldn't translate the BSOD message but the BSOD error was in English.

According to Microsoft:  This alert has something to do with corrupt or incompatible graphics card drivers.

Here are a couple of Tech sites on how to fix that specific BSOD error:

https://techcult.com/fix-video-tdr-failure-atikmpag-sys/

https://appuals.com/video_tdr_failure-atikmpag-sys-windows-8-110/ - This Tech site I often link to but don't download the recommended software.

Since I now know the BSOD error try this method to prevent corruption while installing the AMD Drivers:

Download free DDU (Display Driver Utility) and run it with the Internet disconnected. Before running DDU, delete the following AMD installation folder at C:\AMD. This prevent the current AMD driver from being corrupted while being installed. Now run DDU in Safe Mode (Best Method) or from your Windows Desktop.

Once DDU reboots back into your Windows Desktop, Install the full HP AMD Driver package from HP Support and if it installs successfully, Reconnect the Internet and again delete C:\AMD installation folder.

See if it starts working without crashing.

Here is the HP Support Download page for Windows 8.0 - https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-g6-2200-notebook-pc-series/5296082/mode...

Here is the same Laptop BUT WITH WINDOWS 7 DRIVERS:

Screenshot 2021-04-30 164028.png

FIRST  update all the Intel Drivers on your Laptop THEN install the AMD Driver using the method I posted above.

EDIT: If everything starts working good again with HP AMD Graphics drivers installed, then you can try and update to the slightly newer AMD Driver from AMD download page. See if it works the same or better or upgrade to Windows `10 again and see if it starts working normally. IF you do upgrade to Windows 10 again use the Ingrade Upgrade method.

This is when you run the Windows 10 Installation file while you are in your Windows 8/8.1/7 Desktop. It will automatically transfer all your software from the old Windows to the new Windows 10.

Otherwise, as a last resort, I would use HP Recovery to Re-install and restore all the Software back into your laptop like the first time you purchased it from the store.

Then see if everything starts working again. If not then you probably have a hardware issue with the laptop.
