I have tried installing the driver for my Radeon HD 5450 but keep getting a code 30. I have gone into the Registry to delete the upper and lower filters but there aren't any. I have verified the class to be sure I was looking at the right class. The driver date is 2/26/2016 dated 2/26/2016. I downloaded this directly from the AMD website. Any help is appreciated.
