Im having these kind of errors repeatedly since i started playing battlefield 1 in my RX 480 8Gb.
It happens when im playing and the last one didnt wait until i finished entering the server.
I went through all the latest drivers since november 2017 and none of then solved this issue.
I tried DX 12 too.
Any thoughts?

Description of the error:
After the error is displayed the radeon software shuts down entirely. I cant even see it on the list of active programs botton right in windows. After a couple seconds it restarts but the game is already crashed.
