AMD Radeon Adrenalin installer freeze

Hi all,

today I had a problem with Fusion 360. A short time after starting the program it was freezed. I tried to find a solution in the web and others fixed it with an driver update of the graphics.

-> In my Radeon software there was an update available (20.4.2) so I started to install it.

But after a short time of installation the AMD installer freezed

After a restart of the computer it was possible to start Radeon software and the newest version was shown.

BUT after a short time after start of the Radeon software it freezed

Deinstallation FREEZED

I removed the software with the help of an uninstall tool,

but with the next try of installation the tragedy recurred

My Windows was running all the time, only the programs itselfs were freezed.

Would be nice if someone has a solution or maybe an idea of what I can try.

I have fixed the issue. The problems are caused by "ASUS GPU Tweak 2". Seems like this software has done an update and this results in the specified problems.

When I close ASUS GPU Tweak 2, everything is working.

Would be interesting to know the root cause for it, any ideas?
