I purchased Gigabyte RX 6700XT Gaming OC. Then, I wanted to claim two free games, which was Callisto Protocol and Dead Island 2. There are some instructions from the official website but then I encounter a problem.
I went to amd rewards website and logged in. Managed to go through the code page. I entered the code and AMD wanted me to download AMD PVT. I downloaded it. But then, when I opened PVT, it always says that I need to redownload PVT and reinstall it again. It happens again and again and again.
Can somebody explain to me what's going on and how to fix this?
