AMD Opteron X3418 display drivers error code 43 ...

I recently bought a HP MicroServer Gen 10 x3418 and wanted to install the AMD graphics drivers recommended on support page for my Windows Server 2012 R2 operating system. Result is that after reboot this driver is stopped by OS with code 43 and the screen turns black. Only remote desktop is possible to access no direct output via DisplayPort and monitor is possible. It`s very urgent since without graphics driver there is no suspend possible and I don`t want the server running all the time. For Windows Server 2016 (version: 17.10.1730.1005) this error seems to be fixed, but for Windows 2012 R2 (version 16.50.2601.1005) there is no solution available. Why? Could someone help please? The BIOS is up to date as all other drivers. Thank you in advance! Best, Andreas.

Some background information: I used the default UEFI-BIOS mode without CSM module. Installation of WSE 2012 R2 was successful and without problems. The only thing remaining part is the AMD graphics driver, which is not working despite successful installation report from driver but with error code 43 (I have seen some reports from AMD APU, e.g. A10, which have problems with UEFI mode, but this driver is especially for Opteron x3000 series in HP Microserver Gen 10)!

DId you get your APU Graphics driver from HPE Support Driver download page or from AMD Download page?

Also there is a Gen 10 Service Pack from HPE from 03/01/2019: HPESC Search Results 

AMD Download page doesn't have a specific AMD Driver for the Opteron X3418. Only for the Opteron X3421. But the driver seems to be the same for both.

If HPE own APU Driver still giving you Error code 43 then I suggest you contact HPE Support and also post your question at AMD Server Gurus‌ and see if anyone else in that AMD Server Forum is having a similar issue.
