I'm trying to stream my desktop, games, anything from my PC to my TV. I've enabled the AMD Link Server and enabled Record Desktop. All AMD programs are allowed in Windows Firewall. I've connected my TV to my PC in AMD Link. I still can't click the Start Streaming button; it's grayed out. How do I get it to work?

I did manage to solve it. I don't remember the exact steps I took but it had to do with the option I selected when connecting the guest device. For some reason AMD Link kept making the device I wanted to stream to the host computer. This was really frustrating because I never selected that and I always started AMD Link from my intended host computer. Anyway, so when I started AMD link on the guest device, I had to select the other option. Then it worked. I think the order I started the process with mattered too. It's been awhile and I don't use it often, partially because of how non-user friendly it is.
