AMD Link no 4k

I just got a new Sony X90J 65 inch tv. During the set up process there is no 4k option in the amd link menu. When I use my shield the option for 4k streaming is there. Anyone got any advice as to why when I use the TV's google TV OS I have an issue but when I use the Shield the option for 4k is there no problem.

still no solution. gave up and switched to sunshine and moonlight as they have 4k compatibility with my sony x90j tv

Note: According to AMD Link FAQ, The only TV compatible are Android and Apple TVs: https://www.amd.com/en/technologies/radeon-software-amdlink-faq

I believe you can stream 4k on the above type TVs.
