Problem
The driver for the AMD Link Controller Emulation is broken I believe someone forgot to sign this and it won't pass WHQL testing like this. To work around this issue I have used the previous driver from 6/14/21 that is signed. (see attached)

Can anyone else confirm this issue? The more people that report it the more attention it gets from AMD.

i can confirm the issue. unfortunately, i have safe uninstalled prev. drivers.. : F
