After many Auto Win10 updates,
My Dell screen went blank. Spent 1 week trying all suggested I could find in Google. Including calling Microsoft and Dell.
All did not help.
I reinstalled WIN10.
WIN10 did not detect AMD FirePro M5100 at first.
The system runs on Intel Graphic which is very basic where I cannot even adjust brightness.
Sometimes later (60 mins) WIN10 detected AMD FPro M5100 and replaced Intel Graphic, but immediately sent the screen black. Could not get back including pressing WIN key + Ctrl + Shift + B. Forced shut down is used instead and get system
I got DELL M4800 running on Safe mode with AMD M5100, running ok. But soon switch on normal. The screen went black.
I tried to install drivers for FP M5100/M6100 updated FEB 2018 from DELL, did not work.
Tried latest update from AMD, did not work.
Now I have to disable the FPro graphic and system going ok but only on basic. Poor colour, poor definition, max Brightness... But can at least read and write emails and web browsing.
Would be very happy if anyone could suggest the right solution. Thanks
