I've been experiencing some long start ups with Windows 10 fast start up enabled. Black screen occurs for approximately 45 seconds, eventually booting to desktop. Checking system logs shows Windows attempting to start AMD External Events Utility but failing - after a time out. Currently for normal startups both options work of:
Disabled AMD External Events Utility at start up, enable Fast Boot
Enabled AMD External Events Utility at start up, disable Fast Boot
From what I've read online, the AMD utility is only fro Freesync in borderless windowed games.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue/able to shed light on what might be causing this?
