Could you help me to understand what exactly does AMD External Events Utility Service, and what service enable / disable affects? I read that disabling the service affects the correct definition of full-screen mode in games, so what's the catch? Do i need this service or not?
Some info:
- My GPU is RX580
- I play games only full-screen mode
- I install only the driver, without Radeon Software
- I use old 60Hz monitor, which does not support freesync
