AMD driver won't detect specific device with passive displayport to hdmi converter

LG C9-passive DP-HDMI converter-AMD driver won't work.

No signal on TV. No device in device manager. AMD Driver log shows DP-HDMI passive dongle connected and nothing else.

Works with another monitor HDMI port.

Works when AMD driver wasn't installed.

Saw plenty complains about this on internet for years.

AMD please solve this problem.

Try a different passive converter would solve this problem. I didn't work on first cheap converter which I believe the chip inside was Lontium LT8861SX. Then I tried another expensive one and it finally worked. Yes. Passive converters also have differences.
