AMD driver rollback changed the driver to Microsoft Basic Display Adapter when using Device Manager
Hello!
I recently tried to rollback my AMD drivers on my Radeon RX5600 using device manager and the drivers changed to Microsoft Basic Display Adapter, and I don't know how to get the correct drivers, or fix this problem.
It also no longer shows up in my Alienware Command Center, and i'm afraid to bleep up my PC even further.
Asking for immediate help.

For some reason there wasn't a previous AMD Driver installed and when you rolled back it deleted the current AMD Driver thus forcing Windows to use its native MS BASIC DISPLAY ADAPTER Graphic's driver so that you will still have video to be able to install the AMD driver again.
Here is the latest RX5600XT AMD Driver from AMD Download page: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-5600-series/amd-radeon-rx-5600-series/amd-radeon-...
Download the driver and run the .exe installation file to install the missing AMD driver back on your computer.
If you need a previous RX5600XT AMD driver then go here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/previous-drivers/graphics/amd-radeon-5600-series/amd-radeon-rx-5600-s...
