AMD Driver possible issues since 21.8.2

80% of the time when I switch my pc on from 21.8.2 I get a message, hardware changed restart the system.   

If I go into the GPU tuning it then shows Smart Access Memory disabled.

Reboot and then it is enabled.

Is this a driver issue?  Also, CPU does not show under tuning for the Auto overclock?

system specs

Asus B450-F Strix Gaming Bios 4602

Ryzen 5 3600, 16Gb, XFX RX 6600XT

The cpu auto oc was added in driver 21.9.1 but the blog only mentions Ryzen 5XXX series.

 

My PC- Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T.
