Hello! I have a problem with AMD drivers. When I work in Maya and watch a video or stream on the second monitor in parallel, I get a hang of the image and the driver crashes. I wrote in support more than two months ago with this question, but received nothing in reply.

p.s.

my PC: Windows 10, i5 3570k, 8+8gb RAM XMS3, amd r7 370 4gb

all software and drivers have been updated to the latest version

the problem was before and after reinstallation of Windows

the problem is not observed on video cards from another manufacturer who writes normal drivers, unlike AMD (*cough*)

What am I to do? wait for the drivers to work or sell my r7 370? >:c

ok, i found a solution.

need to do:

windows - settings/preferences - preferences

look for the Chapter "Display"

Display: General Display Preferences ->

go down

find the tab "Viewport 2.0"

select Rendering engine as "DirectX 11"

Save and Restart Maya
