So I've tried these drivers today and here are my findings.
My setup:
7950X3D
7900 XT
Windows 11 Pro 23H2
ASRock X670E PG Lighting
I've connected my monitor to the motherboard as required.
In "Settings > System > Display > Graphics" Windows does not select the GPU properly. I had to set the GPU to 7900 XT manually to run for example Team Fortress 2 at full speed.

Then in the Team Fortress 2 I've tried to enable frame generation but it's not available in options:

In global settings it says I should enable it in per game settings though:

Battlefield 2042 gives the following error no matter if I select the iGPU or dGPU in Windows settings:

Counter Strike 2 just freezes after showing a welcome screen with logo. It is also set in Windows to use 7900 XT.
