AMD Chipset Drivers 4.11.15.342 (11/21/2022) Release Notes
Surprised I didn't see this mentioned on the board. It looks like a new chipset driver has been released:

Ahah. Yep. I blew right by it. The link to the Release Notes is right below Driver Details AFTER it's been expanded. I was expecting that to be underneath Driver Details BEFORE it's been expanded. Thanks.
Not a lot of detail there, but for this last release, here's what I can pull out of those release notes:

And, I wish AMD would include some kind of Release Notes with these things. It sure would be nice to have some rough idea of what they've changed/fixed.

Good day!
Something in this version of the drivers was obviously tricky with power plans, in 3950x on both plans the frequency of 14 core freezes at the maximum and does not reset in idle time, hence the increased processor temperature. Everything works fine on Windows power plans or custom plans. On the previous version of the drivers, too, everything was fine.
