Hello , i have this problem. i have amd video card and monitor 60hz with freesync.i try to make smooth gameplay record on OBS.But i have a problem when i lock 60fps in radeon chill.i lose my freesync because i got more then 60fps and it's outside of my monitor refresh rate , freesync range.If y put 2fps less , lock on 58fps my record does not look smooth.Is it possible configure,set manual corect 60fps in radeon chill or amd drivers?On v-sync yes he lock corect 60fps but input lag , mouse lag is to big for me.
