AMD Audio CoProsessor: STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE.
Hello everyone.
Bought a new Lenovo Ryzen7 laptop (Model is Ideapad 720S-13 ARR).
It has Windows 10 Home SL pre-installed. Once I've started to update my drivers from Lenovo website, i've noted that one of the devices was marked as failing in the Device manager.

(Sorry for Russian system GUI - it's SL)
From what I see, Windows updated have automatically downloaded AMD panel with driver information:
Radeon Settings Version - 2018.0209.1637.29893
Driver Packaging Version - 17.40.3601.1001-180209a1-324341C-Lenovo
Provider - Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
2D Driver Version - 8.1.1.1624
Direct3D® Version - 9.14.10.01304
OpenGL® Version - 6.14.10.13497
OpenCL™ Version - 23.20.822.256
AMD Mantle Version - Not Available
AMD Mantle API Version - Not Available
AMD Audio Driver Version - 10.0.0.0
Vulkan™ Driver Version - 1.7.0
Vulkan™ API Version - 1.0.54
I've tried to resolve the issue with Lenovo support, so here are what steps we did so far:
1. Re-installed the latest driver from Lenovo website
2. Used AMD clean-up tool to reinstall the drivers.
3. Disabled ULPS in Windows registry

Currently Lenovo support recommends to reset laptop with their recovery tool.
Is there any way to keep troubleshooting this issue?

I doubt it's a driver issue - it's failing hardware hence return that laptop for a working one

My initial suspicion on the driver was due to the fact that issue came up as soon as I've updated all of stock drivers to latest versions from Lenovo website.
No real option to refund the laptop unfortunately. I'll try to check with their service center to at least diagnose whether it's hardware or not.
