I have a AMD Athlon Silver 3050U with Radeon Graphics. I need to update the drivers for it, but for some reason, they don't have drivers for it? And my Radeon graphics app wont open due to the drivers.

Here is the latest AMD Mobile driver for the Athlon APU with Radeon graphics. Even though it is for the latest Athlon 7000 series in the "Release Notes' it does mention in general that it is compatible with Athlon with Radeon graphics: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-22-11-2

So you can try and see if this mobile laptop will work or not.

That AMD APU processor is a OEM processor which is why it is not showing up in AMD Download page. Generally that means you need to get the driver from your OEM laptop manufacturer support site.

That would be the best thing to do since the OEM AMD Driver is 100% compatible with your laptop unless it is very out-dated.
