Hello dear Members of the Support Community

I have the Issue that when I Update my AMD Adrenalin Software to the new Version (25.3.1), my AMD Adrenalin Software vanishes. It simply disappeared for some reason. I also wasn't able to reinstall the Software afterwards. The only thing I was able to do was to reset my whole PC and reinstall a new and fresh Software. Then I tried to just install the newest one but still no chance of installing it.

You can uninstall without a reset of your PC BTW. It's under Add Remove Programs in Windows. It's called AMD Software in there.

You can also use an APP called DDU. Device Driver Uninstaller. It's free and recommended when trying to troubleshoot and want to scrape old drivers out of your system to do a fresh driver install.

As for your problem... I have been experiencing this for some games and situations.

- When my computer wakes up, Adrenalin is no longer in the tray.

- When I try to play Spider Man Miles Morales it quits running in the background.

If this is simply you cannot even get it to start? There are some threads about this very thing and for me, it required a fresh install of Windows to beat. I know thats no fun but I did it.

Like @cvearl said, I agree that you should try DDU to clean out the old graphics drivers and then try downloading a new copy of the Adrenalin 25.3.1 driver that is recommended for your GPU.  DDU should be run in Windows safe mode, by the way.

I literally reset my whole PC 2 times already and tried to install the Adrenalin 25.3.1 driver, but it the programm just disappears. I am not able to open it anymore from this point.

I have the same problem, reinstalled two times after unistalling with DDU in safe mod.
Sometimes the software closes by itself and the record button doesnt work.
