Hello everyone I have recently returned to AMD for graphics after a stint with NVIDIA I am over all very happy with the RX590 however there has been a minor issue regarding the way Windows and the most recent drivers play together or rather don't on my system.
I have included a video as well as it's easier to show than explain, you can clearly see where the cursor should be vs where it is on the screen, has anyone else had this issue I have just been using older drivers to avoid it thought I would mention it anyway I have seen posts regarding mouse lag but the mouse cursor is unaffected the issue only arises when actually moving windows around.

AMD 19.5.2 driver (This driver seems to be much more affected than the older ones)
Not really an urgent issue as games played in full screen bypass Wdm.exe and I have been using the older drivers which don't appear to suffer with this issue that is why we have old drivers after all if anyone else happens to be having issue you can uninstall your current AMD drivers by downloading the AMD clean uninstall program AMD Cleanup Utility | AMD you can find older drivers by going to https://www.amd.com/en/support then just above "Knowledge Base" there's the button for previous drivers.
Thank you.
