Am I able to use 22.5.1 on Windows 11 Version 22H2?

I'm currently on 22.10.2 and have been dealing with random black screens occasionally, and I was just wondering if 22.5.1 is supported for this Windows 11 version. It doesn't say in the release notes for it.
