AFMF2 does not work at TotalWar Warhammer 3

everything is setted up fine,DX11 Borderless full screen, but afmf2 does not work.

driver verison 24.9.1

graphic card 7900GRE

OS version  windows 11 23H2

I have a 60 hz monitor but I'm still going to use it with a framerate capped at 70 (so the occasional dips never have it go below 60). Just turn up the settings so much that you'd normally run less than 60 FPS and then enable AFMF, voila, free performance.
