Since you have a separate video card, and assuming you are not plugged into the motherboard's HDMI or DP ports to use the integrated graphics, I would find the setting to disable the integrated graphics that's in the CPU. It's just using power and generating heat for no reason. As for the memory (RAM) settings, look for the AMD EXPO and enable that if your RAM sticks support this memory profile.
You should also check to see if there is a newer BIOS for your motherboard and perhaps flash your BIOS to the latest version. This isn't necessary if everything is currently working fine however.
The BIOS can be very confusing. You might have to research each setting to figure out what it's for. For most of them, you probably want to leave it at the default setting. It's possible to really mess things up with BIOS settings so be cautious with what you change.
