This is the second time this has happened to me and the only fix that worked for me was a fresh Windows 10 Installation. I'm not willing to reinstall my entire OS every time Adrenalin Software decides to have a meltdown.

I've Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver numerous times. Both with and without DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller). 

I've Tried Manually deleting AMD folders after running DDU, then proceeding to reinstall.

"C:\AMD"
"C:\Program Files\AMD"
"C:\Users\"User"\AppData\Local\AMD"

I've Tried uninstalling software that might interfere.

Rivatuner Statistics Server

HWiNFO

MSI Gaming OSD

I've tried running CCleaner after running DDU.

I've tried disabling my Firewall/Antivirus.

If anyone has a fix I'd greatly appreciate it.

I have been having the same issue. I am running the AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT and when I try to open the Adrenaline software the window appears for a moment and then closes almost instantly. I have tried everything you have and I can't seem to get support from AMD. I have run the debug reporting tool 100 times and I have never gotten a response.
