Adrenaline Desktop Recorder - Does It Work?

Hello,

As the title suggests, trying to figure out how to actually record my Desktop with the recording feature of Adrenaline.

I'm on a Windows 10 machine, dual monitor setup, Adrenaline 24.9.1. If it matters, my GPU is a 6950XT, drivers are up-to-date.

1. With Adrenaline open, I click on the "Record & Stream" tab
2. Under "Controls", I choose "Fullscreen", then below that, in the drop-down, I choose the monitor that I want to record:
-My "Display 1" monitor has a thick, red outline when I select it
-My "Display 2" monitor does not have this red outline when I select it...not sure if that is indicative of a problem or not.
3. With 'Display 1' selected, I then click "Start Recording". My mouse curser shows an hourglass icon for a few seconds, then nothing happens.
4.  After about 5 seconds of nothing happening, I then click "Start Recording" a 2nd time. After a few seconds, the "Now Recording" window pops up on monitor 1, and the timer in Adrenaline begins counting the time it's been recording. *Note - after a few attempts to record, it seems I always have to click "start recording" a 2nd time in order for it to do anything.
5. I make my video/record the stuff I need, then click "Stop Recording".
6. Now, Adrenaline still says "You haven't recorded a clip yet", and there is nothing in the Media tab.

Settings Tab, as far as I know, is all default settings, as I haven't messed with it at all, minus if I had to enable 'record desktop'. Save location is [USER]\Videos\Radeon ReLive. This folder contains nothing after several attempts of "recording" for about 30 seconds, then stopping.

I'm actively on Google trying different 'fixes', but in the interim, I'm just wondering if this simply not work? It seems as if a LOT of people have the same issue as me.

Thanks!

Shaun
