Adrenalin software isnt opening on rx 580

I am experiencing an issue with the AMD Adrenalin software on my system. Despite following various troubleshooting steps, the software (version 24.9.1) fails to open.

System Details:

Graphics Card: AMD Radeon RX 580

Operating System: Windows 10

Adrenalin Version: 24.9.1

Steps Taken to Troubleshoot:

1. Uninstallation and Reinstallation:

Uninstalled the AMD Adrenalin software and drivers using the Windows uninstallation tool.

Reinstalled the latest version of the software (24.9.1) from the official AMD website.

2. AMD Cleanup Utility:

Ran the AMD Cleanup Utility to ensure all residual files were removed and performed a clean installation.

3. .blb File Deletion:

Found a solution on Reddit suggesting that deleting the .blb files in the Users\AppData directory can resolve this issue.

Deleted the .blb files as instructed, but this did not resolve the problem in my case.

Issue Details:

Despite all attempts, the AMD Adrenalin software still fails to open.

This issue has occurred in the past, but previously, basic troubleshooting steps (like those above) resolved it.

Request for Support:

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue. If there are additional diagnostics, logs, or actions required, I will provide the information or perform the steps promptly.

I managed to fix this, if you have epic games launcher apparently that causes this problem for some reason

I followed these steps to fix it:

   1) Exit Epic Games Launcher if you have it open (right click it in the notification tray and click Exit)

    2) Open the folder %localappdata%\EpicGamesLauncher\Saved
Rename the Logs folder to something like LogsBackup

    3) Try to open Radeon Software and hope it works
