The last few updates I have noticed that the software for AMD does not seem to be running as it should. The performance adjustments such as fan speed dont work and using the hotkeys to launch the program interface, both the sidebar and fullscreen are inop. I have tried to change the hotkeys, no effect. I noticed that when I load adrenalin manually, that the fan immediately kicks in, and the hotkeys start working. Can only conclude that for some reason its not running in the background as it is supposed to at startup.
Using 23.4.3 currently. Win11. Overlay is on.
