After removing the adrenaline, I restarted the computer and the computer hangs. After 10 seconds error code:CLOCK_WATCHDOGS_TIMEOUT. When I try to turn on the computer again, I get the same error again. It gives the same error when resetting Windows. graphics card RX 7700XT processor ryzen 5 7600x motherboard b650m

I am having the same issue, and have close to the same hardware. I have to re download and install amd adreniline graphics drivers after I turn my pc off and bak on. It will also hang in a black screen for a little while turning back on like you said.
