ADM firepro M3900 installed second display black

Hello guys,

I got an older notebook HP Elitebook 8460w Intel Core I5 that use to work well with a second display.

Suddentlly, I guess after an update of windows 10, my second display connected using VGA got black. My note does not have other output for a second display.

The display is working perfectly and being recognized as a second display (extending display or duplicating), but the image is black, sort of black because if I look from the top angle, a 70 degree, I can see dark shades of image, (like a copy from the monitor if duplication image), but looking at it, from 180 degrees, is black. The same happens with another extra display different brand I tried to connect.

The cable and displays are perfect, I have tried both displays and cables in other computers and they all work, but not on my notebook with display adapter driver AMD FIREPRO M3900, (version 15.201.1301.0)

I do not know which this driver was installed before. I have disabled, unable, uninstalled older versions, reinstalled, updated (it says it is already updated) the driver, turned off and on the notebook while doing all of these steps. I tried to change to a basic Microsoft driver and nothing worked. I just have not tried another driver or a lower version of AMD, since I am afraid of causing more problems. I am not a big tech know-how lady.

I need help to either confirm if a lower version will work without compromising my system and how to install it, or to tell me how to fix with the actual version of driver or recommend me another brand of driver that can work.

Thank you.
