Active window record and stream setting question

So i have 2 monitors and a problem im having is the active window recording part. Please correct me if im wrong, but does the 'Active window" Part in the record and stream tab mean that it clips whatever monitor you're using? If so, why is it only saving replays on 1 monitor instead of the other?

If this isnt the setting to replay both of my monitors, what is? Because before, Whatever monitor i was tabbed into, itd save a replay of it. For instance: I'm playing a game on my 1st monitor and i save a replay of it and It'll actually save the replay of the 1st monitor. Then say im tabbed into something on my 2nd monitor  and replay it it'll replay my second monitor. Now its just replaying 1 monitor instead of both whenever im tabbed in. Someone help x3
