The system reports a HD 8470D card instead of recognising the integrated GPU with the R5 330 add-on card. So it has two video cards registered with Windows. I found a legacy driver for the A4-7300 CPU with HD 8470D GPU but it registers the R5 330 as R5 M320, which removes the OS' ability to access the graphics memory and it seems to have loaded hundreds of drivers that I can't use while removing the one that worked.
About 14 months ago an optional Windows update solved the problem, then Windows updated a couple of months later and brought the problem back. I thought I would just wait for the next patch but a year on and apparently there won't be any more patches. I've been struggling with it for months and I'm at my wits end. Microsoft says it's a known issue and hands me off to you guys but I can't find anything that helps, I just create more problems with software that installs the wrong drivers.
